The site also seems clearly inspired by hulu Korea, and a source has already quoted by the paper said that its only aim was to aid the participating networks in their competition with one of the international Internet platforms.

It is however that there is going to be one of the notable differences from hulu New Zealand in the RTL and Pro 7 Sat 1 that they will only supply the technical infrastructure but networks will still have to be sold on their own ads. That is why this type of set up is just only meant to avoid those regulatory issues.
