At American Hose & Equipment we only sell the highest quality products. However sometimes they aren't what you thought you needed. Due to the nature of this industry we will only take back unused equipment in its original wrappers and original condition. There are no refunds on freight costs and we will charge a 20% restocking fee on every item returned. If there is a manufacturers defect we will work with the manufacturer to replace the item only wih in the first 30 days from the time of the order.
