Remember to disconnect the 2 prefilter from the membrane while you are flushing them through as the carbon block can damage the membrane.
I would flush them, as Graham says, for 10 -15mins, reconnect them to the membrane (but disconnect the membrane from the DI pod), run the unit for about 5-10mins then reconnect the membrane to the DI and flush again for another 5 mins (to displace any water that has been sat in the DI pod).
After that, you are good to go.
