I actually felt healthy again! (long review) I began daily hgh injections after my Dr determined with an l-argine challenge test that "dead people have more growth hormone than you!" Supplements or sleep would not do it because my body was not able to make any. He had found that many of his FM/CFIDS patients were low in hgh, although some could raise it with precurser supplements and some needed injections of the actual hormone. We started with a very very low dose for several months. (I do not know if it was related in any way but I did have a change and increase in migraine activity that coincided with starting treatment. These changes improved in a few months by identifying and avoiding migraine triggers.) This low dose did not make me feel much better but did halt the decline in function I had been having. The drug itself is very expensive so I could not afford it without insurance coverage, which can be difficult to get. Unfortunately an insurance change caused me to have to stop taking it- cold turkey- and the crash back to fibroflare was awful. I also had migraines for three days following the end of treatment. So the protocol we followed was: if testing shows that your
