The V110 SVA 50 T is versatile with a wide working range from 45-250ml height and from 56-113ml diameter.
The change parts are designed to enable change-overs to be done very quickly. Height changes can be performed in less than two minutes. The seaming rollers are mounted and preset on a special lever system.
When a diameter change is carried out the whole lever system is exchanged to avoid the normal lengthy set-up time of the seaming rollers.
Thus diameter changes can be performed in less than ten minutes, and the frequency-controlled motor drive ensures a smooth start-up.
